The Early Childhood Huddle is a program for pre-school aged children (2-6 years old) that is run by a team of specialists – consisting of an Occupational Therapist, a Speech Pathologist and a Specialist Early Childhood Educator. The team works with you and your child individually as well as in a small group setting. The program is designed to combine individualised support for your child’s development with a small group setting to practice new skills and meet other families to form social connections and informal support structures.
Biala offers a variety of group programs during the school holiday breaks. Different programs that cover many varied interests of children. Run by our highly qualified and experienced degree-trained education specialists, therapists and allied health assistants. Our groups promote fun learning through play with peers. Maximum of 1:3 therapist to participant ratio Some groups may be offered via telepractice
Premmies on the Peninsula (PoP) is a free parent & child program and information session run by Biala Peninsula once a month for any eligible families on the Peninsula. The free program is open to any premature children born prior to 37 weeks and under 2 years of age and their parents. Siblings are also welcome to attend.
Participants in the NDIS may be able to use their NDIS Plan to cover group costs if their plans include one of the following line items:

ECIS hours can be utilised for some programs.
