Biala Holiday Assessment Clinic

Term times:

Tuesday, 19 to Friday, 22 September

Monday, 25 to Thursday, 28 September

Assessment clinic

Biala is offering one off assessments for children with either a speech therapist or occupational therapist.

The aim of the assessment clinic is to provide recommendations for families or other professionals supporting the child.  

Outline:

· 1:1  consult with parent/ caregiver and therapist

· individual assessment of your child with either a speech therapist, an occupational therapist or Specialist Early Childhood Teacher (approximately 2 hours,  depending on assessment)

· Report provided with recommendations

DATES: Monday, 26 June through to Friday 30 June

VENUE: Biala Peninsula, 1 Elizabeth Street, Mornington  3931

COST: Assessments will be charged per hour at the NDIS rate $193.99 (starting at 5 hours)

Term Group - Ready Set Go!!!

The purpose of Ready Set Go is to:1. Assist children to develop the skills necessary for successful transition into school. (Foundation/Prep level) 2. Provide families with some strategies and resources to best support their child through this transition. Group Goal: For the children to develop their social, emotional, language and motor skills that will support the transition into school. This includes skills such as sharing and playing with others, following instructions and using language skills to tell stories

Term Group - Aquatic OT Program

The Aquatic Program encourages motor development, supports effective sensory processing, and develops social interaction, play & communication skills.
