The Biala Art Therapy program offers a flexible, client-lead approach to help support the mental health and well-being of children, through creative processes and the safety of the therapeutic relationship.  

Art Therapy can support growth in a number of areas, including:

· Expression & exploration of feelings
· Emotional regulation
· Social communication & connection
· Management of anxiety
· Increase confidence & self-esteem

TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

COST: As per NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits.

Sarah is our dedicated Art Therapist. Sarah adopts a strengths-based and child-centred approach to art therapy. She aims to provide a nurturing space for clients to express themselves freely through the art making process and learn new coping skills to enhance
well-being.
