Marlene Fox
CEO

Marlene has over 35 years experience in the early childhood and early intervention sector, with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, access and equity.

Andrea Hewett
Operations Manager

Andrea has over 25 years’ experience working with children with additional needs and their families, in a variety of different settings around Australia and in the UK.

Jacqui Zuidema
Early Childhood Teacher / Program Manager

Jacqui began work as a kindergarten teacher and as her contact with children with special needs and disability grew so too did her interest in this field.

Currently studying the second year of her Bachelor’s Degree at Australia Catholic University, Loyce first came to Biala to complete a voluntary community placement in early 2018.

Program Assistant

Georgi’s first career was in the wine industry, both in Australia and overseas. Once her children became a little older, she developed a strong interest in speech and communication.

Originally from South Africa, Karyn lived and worked in London for 8 years before moving to Australia in 2012.

Psychotherapist

Anna is an experienced psychotherapist with is a particular interest in childhood trauma and is passionate about exploring ways to creatively engage with children.

Anna McCracken
Social Worker

Anna is a Social Worker with a Masters in Human Rights Law. She has followed the NDIS around Australia since the roll-out started in 2013 and supports families at Biala to navigate the NDIS.

Physiotherapist

Jennifer is employed as a paediatric physiotherapist for Biala Peninsula ECIS and has spent most of her career working within early intervention programmes.

Music Therapist

Megan is an experienced music therapist (RMT) who has an additional Masters Degree in Adolescent Health and Wellness, and Neurologic Music Therapy Techniques Training.

Margot is an experienced Executive Assistant having gained a broad range of expertise in the varied roles she has occupied within both the private and public sectors in Australia and overseas.

In 2010, Neha was appointed as Executive - Human Resources by the Panasonic Group just after finishing her Master of Business Administration specialised in Human Resources.

Eddie really enjoys long walks, the park, and dinner. But more than anything he likes helping children have fun.
