Lego Lab @ Biala

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

Lego Lab aims to improve social communication, including building friendships, improving social interactions, social competence and teamwork.

The group is suitable for children with social communication difficulties such as preferring to play solo, needing some help in team work, flexible thinking and problem solving in a social situation as well as engaging with peers and sharing their experience and interests.

Prerequisite skills

 has the ability to follow verbal instruction

 has shown some success in interactive play

 is able to change his or her set ideas without significant emotional upset

 is motivated to build social relationships with peers
